Job Description
Matrix Communications, an Avaya business partner in American Fork, Utah, is in need of a service technician. Technician will be required to pull CAT5e wire, terminate, test and tone jacks. They will also need to be able to engineer, program, deliver and set up Avaya telephone equipment, surveillance systems and audio equipment. Job Description
Matrix Communications, an Avaya business partner in American Fork, Utah, is in need of a telecommunications project manager. Responsibilities include working with customer and sales agent before and after sale to get appropriate information for telephone programming, scheduling technicians for installations and service calls, basic programming of Avaya phone systems and servers, and training of customers after installation is completed.
